By accessing or using Vizibly, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, you may not use the service.

Vizibly is a SaaS platform that audits and optimizes website images for search engine optimization (SEO) and generative engine optimization (GEO). The service includes website crawling, image analysis, metadata generation, and image compression.

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You must provide accurate information when creating an account and keep it up to date.

You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.

You agree not to:

• Use the service to crawl websites you do not own or have permission to analyze
• Upload content that is illegal, harmful, or infringes on intellectual property rights
• Attempt to circumvent rate limits or usage restrictions
• Reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the service
• Use the service to compete directly with Vizibly

You retain ownership of all images and content you upload. Vizibly retains ownership of the platform, generated metadata formats, and underlying technology.

By using the service, you grant us a limited license to process your images and content solely for the purpose of providing the service.

Paid plans are billed through our payment processor, Polar. All fees are non-refundable unless required by law. We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days notice.

Viziblyis provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.

We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms. You may delete your account at any time. Upon termination, your data will be deleted in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
