We use your information to provide and improve the Vizibly service, including crawling websites you submit, analyzing and optimizing images, generating metadata, and communicating with you about your account.

We do not sell your personal information to third parties.

We use the following third-party services to operate Vizibly:

• Supabase — authentication and data storage
• Google — AI-powered image analysis and metadata generation
• Google Analytics — website usage analytics
• Polar — payment processing

Each service processes data according to their own privacy policies.

We use Google Analytics 4 to understand how visitors use our website. It sets cookies and collects usage data such as the pages you visit, your approximate geographic location, and your device and browser type. Google Analytics 4 does not log or store IP addresses.

We use this data only in aggregate, to measure traffic and improve the service. You can opt out of Google Analytics across all websites by installing the Google Analytics Opt-out Browser Add-on, or by blocking cookies in your browser settings.

Your data is stored securely using Supabase with row-level security policies ensuring you can only access your own data. Images and metadata are stored in encrypted cloud storage.

We retain your account data for as long as your account is active. You can request deletion of your account and associated data at any time by contacting us.
